Creative Wellness Workshops

Creative wellness workshops offer a calm, hands‑on space for women, carers, and teams to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Through simple, sensory activities — colour, texture, crafting, reflection — participants experience a natural drop in stress, improved mood, and a deeper sense of emotional balance. Creativity has been shown to reduce cortisol, support mindfulness, and help people express feelings that are difficult to articulate.

Over this past year, I’ve facilitated a range of gentle, grounding workshops — from Carer’s Compass and Joy Jar sessions to Affirmation Jars, Vision Boards, and Habit Jar workshops. Each one blends creative making with practical wellbeing tools that support nervous‑system regulation, emotional expression, and everyday resilience.

These workshops are especially supportive for carers and women carrying long‑term stress, but they are equally powerful in corporate and organisational settings. In workplaces, creative wellbeing sessions help staff decompress, improve focus, reduce burnout, and strengthen team connection. They offer a refreshing alternative to traditional wellbeing initiatives — giving employees space to reset, reflect, and return to work feeling more grounded and resourced.

The repetitive, meditative nature of crafting helps the brain settle, regulate, and shift out of overwhelm. Creating something tangible brings a sense of achievement, confidence, and renewed steadiness. Group sessions also foster connection and belonging — reducing isolation and offering a gentle space to be seen, heard, and supported, whether in community groups or workplace teams.

No artistic experience is needed. Just curiosity, openness, and a desire to feel more grounded in your everyday life — at home, at work, or within your caring role.

Why This Work Matters

“Our thoughts, perceptions, and beliefs shape our biology and our behaviour. When we shift our mindset, we

shift our health — and that change ripples outward into our families and communities.”

Real Women. Real Results

Rachel has helped me an enormous amount in a relatively very short space of time. The issues (particularly with my skin) had been difficult to manage. Through Rachel’s guidance, we were able to create a plan with realistic changes that have helped a huge amount.

Charlie

Rachel was brilliant – she listened to everything I had to say and had so much knowledge related to my issues. Having previously been to the Doctors with issues and getting no where, trying numerous different diets to try and help I really didn’t know what to do next. Rachel made it simple and broke everything down making everything less complicated and easier to process".

The workshops really help my mental health.
