The Studio
Our studio is based in the heart of Leeds City Centre and provides a discreet, private haven, hidden away from the busy streets. Designed by TV’s Feng Shui Doctor, Paul Darby our facilities include a fully private personal training gym, Pilates machine studio, therapy room, luxurious shower rooms and studio for Pilates, yoga and BOSU classes.
Why choose a studio over a home trainer or one at your local health club? Well, having a broad range of equipment and space in the studio allows a greater variety of exercise and results in a shorter time frame. Consistency is vital to any exercise regime so the same equipment and training can be covered even when your trainer is on holiday.
Because it’s private you won’t have any other distractions, have to wait for equipment to become free or have the rest of the gym watching what you’re doing!
You’re also in an environment where specialist training and guidance is available. Our Pilates studio is the only fully equipped machine studio in the City Centre which means you cover hundreds more exercises than you can in a mat based work out. Postural imbalances can be more easily corrected using machines as they work with resistance – hard to achieve with mat work only.
We’ve also designed the studio to be as eco-friendly as possible, re-using as much existing space and materials as possible, having bamboo flooring, low energy lighting and organic clothing ranges for sale such as Gossypium and Yoga Tribe and Culture.
Our facilities include changing rooms, showers and we provide toiletries and organic cotton towels for your convenience
