Sarah Stonier

Sarah has been involved within the fitness industry for over 15 years, starting off with general fitness in the gym and dance aerobics where she became a qualified Personal Trainer, and then later progressing to Martial Arts where she gained a Black Belt in Freestyle Kickboxing which she still continues to teach.

With a firm knowledge in anatomy and physiology Sarah became interested in Pilates around 10 years ago when she sustained a back injury and Pilates was a huge factor in her recovery. She began to study with Stott Pilates and became a fully certified mat instructor in 2005 and since then has been teaching mat and Reformer classes. She has continued to develop her knowledge and skills with Stott Pilates studying Injuries and Special Populations, Reformer and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
