What is a Personal Training session at Equilibrium Health like? Well the very vague answer is - it depends. We base the session on what you want and the results of your Health Assessment to make the session work for you.

One person’s fat loss workout will be different from the next person’s muscle building workout. But because you’re the only person in the room with your trainer there’s no time wasted waiting for equipment to become free or a whole gym watching your every move!

Our focus is your success. We don’t make clients fit it with the latest training methods an Instructor may have learnt. We use proven methods that achieve results as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. Our business has been built on word of mouth recommendations – we do very little advertising. If we didn’t get the results people want we wouldn’t have a business.

Oh, and the best bit is – you’ll enjoy it! We’ve have clients that have been coming to us for 15 years. We think that means they like us.
