Based on your consultation we will suggest a programme of Personal Training, Pilates or both and prescribe an ideal frequency and duration. Then we’ll tailor an ideal programme to achieve your goals.
When you book your sessions we suggest a comprehensive Health Appraisal. We start with a lifestyle consultation, assess resting parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, anthropometry (inclusive of stature, mass, circumferences, BMI, body fat %, TBW%), aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, cholesterol, glucose levels and coronary risk assessment.
We also suggest having a Postural Analysis which involves an assessment of posture type, range of movement, balance and core function tests and advice given on day to day changes to help attain optimum posture.
With this information you are not only guaranteed the targets we set are achievable and realistic, you know that the exercise programme will be as safe as possible as we know comprehensively where you’re starting from and what to do to get to your goals.
